The last issue was in the livery of Pratt's Motor Oils. The Pratt's Motor Oils van was a China 1991 release.

It was painted white with a black plastic roof and a black diecast baseplate.
It had orange 12 spoke plastic wheels with whitewall tyres.
A Pratt's logo was added to the back doors.
The baseplate inscription was "Matchbox © 1981 Y35 Y21 Y22 China" and it had had a hole to attach it to the new style N type boxes.

'PRATTS' in black with white outline and 'THE GUARANTEED MOTOR SPIRIT' in black all in orange filled circle with black outline, on both sides of van.
'SUPREME IN THE AIR ON LAND AND WATER' in orange and petrol pump logo in orange, black and white on both sides of van.
Orange circle details on rear doors of van.
'ANGLO AMERICAN OIL CO. LTD' in black on both cab doors.

Variations/Rarities: The tampo on the sides can be found with orange ink or red ink.
